About Empathy Matters

Empathy Matters was founded by Paul and Leah with a simple belief: empathy is one of the most powerful forces for building stronger communities and a more compassionate society.

Based in Los Angeles, California, Empathy Matters is an independent apparel company that creates clothing and accessories designed to promote kindness, understanding, inclusion, and respect. Through thoughtfully designed products, we hope to inspire meaningful conversations and remind people that our shared humanity is greater than our differences.

Our collections are created for people who believe that compassion, curiosity, and civic engagement can help build stronger communities. Whether you're wearing one of our shirts, hats, or other items, you're helping share a message that empathy matters.

Empathy Matters is more than a clothing brand. We are committed to giving back. We donate 20% of net profits to Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), a nonprofit organization that advocates for immigrant rights, civic engagement, and support services for immigrant communities.

Every purchase helps support both our mission and the organizations working to strengthen communities and assist people facing difficult circumstances.

Our goal is simple: offer quality products, excellent customer service, and a transparent commitment to the values that inspired this project from the beginning.

Thank you for supporting Empathy Matters.

Wear empathy. Support community. Create positive change.

Wear empathy. Fund Protection.

20% of all profits will be donated to CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights), helping victims of the current violence.
