Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Empathy Matters. All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This allows us to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Order Processing & Production

Each item is custom printed once your order is placed.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Production times may increase during peak seasons or promotional periods

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your shipping address.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days after production

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Because orders go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted.

Empathy Matters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping carriers may experience delays. Empathy Matters is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control.
